Dina DiLorenzo is President of Guggenheim Investments where she is responsible for the overall management, governance, and strategic direction of the business. She leads the firm’s global investment platform, which has more than $300 billion in total assets across fixed income, private credit, and other institutional and wealth strategies.

DiLorenzo brings over 30 years of experience in financial services, including senior client-facing and financial advisory roles at leading firms such as Smith Barney, UBS, and J.P. Morgan. Her expertise spans relationship management, strategic growth, governance, and the transformation of complex, multinational financial organizations. She has also led enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives, modernizing the firm’s operating platform, data strategy, and client experience to drive scalability, efficiency, and innovation.

She is an advocate for values-based leadership and chairs Guggenheim Investments’ Sustainable Stewardship Council, which oversees the firm’s ESG and sustainability initiatives. She also serves as a Principal Sponsor of Guggenheim’s Veterans Transition Assistance Program.

A recognized leader in asset management, DiLorenzo was named one of Barron’s 100 Most Influential Women in U.S. Finance (2025), Pensions & Investments’ Influential Women in Institutional Investing (2024), and one of Forbes’ “50 Over 50” (2023). She was honored by American Banker (2021) as one of the Most Powerful Women in Banking, selected as a David Rockefeller Fellow (2019), and named one of Crain’s Notable Women in Finance (2018).

She serves on the Board of Trustees of Lehigh University, where she is a member of the Academic Affairs Committee and the Investment Committee, as well as the Pensions & Investments Advisory Board, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Lehigh University.

Anne B. Walsh is a Managing Partner of Guggenheim Partners and the Chief Investment Officer of Guggenheim Partners Investment Management, LLC. Walsh provides the vision guiding the Firm’s investment strategies and leads the investment process to include the macroeconomic outlook, portfolio design, sector allocation, and risk management.

Walsh, whose career in financial services spans over four decades, joined Guggenheim Investments in 2007. She is highly regarded for her active fixed-income, alternatives, and broad portfolio management expertise in addition to deep background in credit and liability-managed investing. In January 2024 she joined the Investor Advisory Committee on Financial Markets (IACFM), an advisory body to the President of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Walsh’s professional accomplishments include six consecutive years (2020–2025) as one of Barron’s 100 Most Influential Women in U.S. Finance, one of Forbes Magazine’s “50 Over 50” in 2025, CIO of the Year at the 2022 Women in Asset Management Awards, and the Lifetime Achievement Award at Market Media Group’s 2022 Women in Finance Awards. Walsh holds a BSBA and MBA from Auburn University, and a JD from the University of Miami School of Law. She has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a member of the CFA Institute.

Mr. Khuzami serves as Acting General Counsel of Guggenheim Investments and both Managing Partner and Chief Legal Officer of Guggenheim Partners.

Before joining Guggenheim in 2019, Mr. Khuzami served as Director of the Division of Enforcement of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, assuming the role of managing 1,400 enforcement personnel shortly after the 2008 financial crisis and immediately following revelations of Bernard Madoff’s massive Ponzi scheme. In that role, President Obama appointed him to serve as co-chair of two federal-state task forces created to prosecute financial-crisis misconduct, and he testified on 11 occasions before House and Senate congressional committees.

From January 2018 through April 2019, Mr. Khuzami served as Deputy United States Attorney in the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York. He was the acting United States Attorney in charge of United States v. Cohen, in which Michael Cohen, the ex-counsel to President Trump, was convicted of campaign finance and other crimes. From 1990 to 2002, Rob served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in that same Office, where he tried ten criminal trials to verdict, including the then-largest terrorism trial in the history of the United States, and served as Chief of its Securities and Commodities Fraud Task Force. Mr. Khuzami has also served as a partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, as well as both Global Head of Litigation and Regulatory Investigations and as General Counsel for the Americas for Deutsche Bank AG.

Mr. Khuzami graduated magna cum laude, from the University of Rochester, where he received his BA in political science and philosophy and elected to Phi Beta Kappa and earned his JD from the Boston University School of Law.

Mr. Beier is the Chief Financial Officer for Guggenheim Investments. In his role, Mr. Beier is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Guggenheim Investments finance functions inclusive of the financing associated with Guggenheim Partners Investment Management Holdings. He joined Guggenheim Partners in 2002 and has held various senior finance positions within the Firm. Prior to joining Guggenheim, Mr. Beier led the firm-wide planning and analysis unit at Accenture, where he was an Associate Partner. Prior to Accenture, he held various financial roles at Helene Curtis and Arthur Andersen. Mr. Beier is a Certified Public Accountant and received his B.S. degree in accounting from Illinois State University and his M.B.A. degree from the University of Chicago.

Mr. Binder is a Senior Managing Director and President, Mutual Funds Boards of Guggenheim Investments. He joined the firm in 2018. Mr. Binder is responsible for board governance and product line oversight as relates to all registered investment funds. He is also President of each of the Guggenheim 40 Act Funds, oversees the Office of the Funds’ CFO, leads BDC operations, and serves on the Board of Guggenheim’s Irish Funds.

Mr. Binder has over 25 years of experience in the asset management industry. Prior to joining Guggenheim, Mr. Binder was Managing Director, President of the Deutsche Funds and Head of US Product, Trading and Fund Administration at Deutsche Asset Management. Previously, Mr. Binder was Head of Business Management and Consulting at Invesco, where he served as Chairman of the US Executive Management Committee. Prior to that, he held several senior roles at Morgan Stanley, including Chief Administrative Officer of Van Kampen Investments and Chief Administrative Officer of Americas Distribution for Morgan Stanley Investment Management. Mr. Binder holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Eastern Illinois University and FINRA Series 6, 7, 24, 26 and 63 licenses.

Mr. Brian Taylor is Senior Managing Director and Head of European Investments at Guggenheim Investments. He is responsible for the firm's overall investment strategy, team management, and cross-asset class portfolio allocation across Europe, encompassing core businesses such as active fixed income, total return strategies, multi-strategy equity investments, and insurance mandates. Since joining Guggenheim in 2010, Mr. Taylor has continuously driven innovation in cross-asset class investments and structured finance. He excels in utilizing derivatives and hedging strategies to enhance the risk-adjusted returns of portfolios. He is known for his sound investment philosophy and forward-thinking market judgment. Prior to joining Guggenheim, Mr. Taylor served as Senior Director of Structured Products and Capital Markets at Bank of America, where he led cross-industry portfolio allocation. He also led the design, underwriting coordination, and privatization restructuring of complex financial transactions at ABN AMRO. Mr. Taylor graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and a full member of the CFA Institute.

Ms. Catalucci is a Senior Managing Director with Compliance within Guggenheim Partners. She joined the firm in 2012. In this role, she leads the strategic direction of the comprehensive Compliance program for Guggenheim Investments focusing on compliance requirements of the investment advisors, products and distribution specific to the Intermediary business. Before joining Guggenheim, she served as Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer of Rydex|SGI for 12 years. In this role, Ms. Catalucci oversaw the compliance programs for Rydex|SGI’s investment advisor, mutual funds and ETFs, as well as institutional accounts. Ms. Catalucci also oversaw the execution and monitoring of Rydex|SGI’s Code of Ethics and coordinated all aspects of various regulatory exams. In addition, she led the Risk Committee for Rydex|SGI. Before joining Rydex|SGI in 2000, Ms. Catalucci served as Vice President of Fund Administration for Chase Global Fund Services Co., where she was responsible for compliance for the Morgan Stanley Dean Witter group of funds. Before that, she served as an audit supervisor at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP. Ms. Catalucci holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Merrimack College in Andover, MA.

Mr. Dudick is Co-Head of Operations of Guggenheim Investments, where he has joint responsibility for all middle and back office operations. Additionally, he serves on the Firm’s Counterparty and Enterprise Risk Committees as well as participates in a number of industry forums including the SIFMA Asset Manager Group. Prior to joining Guggenheim in 2013 as Head of Transaction Services, Mr. Dudick worked for 10 years at BlackRock Financial Management in various operations management roles, including Head of U.S. Derivative Operations. Mr. Dudick holds a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Susquehanna University and an M.B.A. from Villanova University.

Mr. Duffy is a Senior Managing Director responsible for overseeing the credit investing business, and was one of the three founding Principals of this business at Guggenheim. He joined the firm in 2001. Mr. Duffy originally co-headed a team focused on investing in various leveraged credit markets in a variety of industries, and was responsible for directly originating middle market transactions. He was also a member of the Investment Committee and currently sits on Investment Committee for all European transactions. In early 2007, Mr. Duffy was responsible for incorporating Guggenheim Partners Europe Limited (“GPEL”) with a focus on the European loan and bond markets. He currently leads a team of twelve investment professionals and five support staff managing bond and loan portfolio’s in excess of €7bn in value, both directly and through sub-advisory agreements with affiliates. GPEL is also an active participant in the European Direct Lending space originating and structuring bilateral senior, unitranche, and 2nd lien or junior investments. GPEL is authorized by the Central Bank of Ireland under Regulation 11 of the MiFID Regulations to carry on various regulated activities. Prior to joining Guggenheim, Mr. Duffy was the Director of Research for Whitney & Co.’s Leveraged Credit group. Prior to joining Whitney, Mr. Duffy was a high yield Portfolio Manager at Wells Fargo Bank and was involved in their high yield investing activities from inception. Mr. Duffy spent the early part of his career in NatWest’s Corporate & Institutional Finance and at Bank of Ireland International Finance in various corporate credit and structured products investment roles. Mr. Duffy holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Hons) from University College Dublin which he received in 1988.

Florian Krüger is Head of European Primary Markets and Fund Management at Guggenheim Investments, responsible for the firm's primary market investments, fund strategy, and cross-border capital operations in Europe. He leads the team's focus on optimizing capital allocation efficiency through diversified investment structures and innovative financial instruments, providing customized fund solutions and long-term return-oriented investment opportunities for institutional and high-net-worth clients. Mr. Krüger has over a decade of experience in international investment banking and asset management, specializing in equity and debt financing, structured product design, and fund operations management. He has led and participated in numerous investment projects in infrastructure, energy transition, and technology growth, driving the continued growth of Guggenheim's investment capabilities and industry influence in the European primary market. Prior to joining Guggenheim in 2020, Mr. Krüger led European capital markets and structured finance at Deutsche Bank and led the alternative investments and private equity teams at Credit Suisse, where he led numerous cross-border mergers and acquisitions and asset restructuring projects. Mr. Krüger holds a Master's degree in Financial Engineering from the University of Munich, Germany, and completed the Advanced Executive Education Program at London Business School. Known for his rigorous investment philosophy, systematic risk management, and forward-thinking market insights, he is a key leader in Guggenheim's European operations.

Mr. Hauser is a Senior Managing Director and Head of Guggenheim’s Corporate Credit Group. He has been with Guggenheim Partners since 2002. Mr. Hauser is a member of the Investment Committee overseeing Guggenheim’s corporate credit investing activities and is the senior portfolio manager for Guggenheim’s high yield and leveraged loan portfolios. He has over 20 years of experience in the high yield, leveraged loan, and private debt markets. During his career at the firm, Mr. Hauser has been an analyst covering a variety of sectors, and subsequently led an industry team focused on investing in the Energy, Power, Transportation, Chemical, Telecom, Technology, Media, Homebuilding, Education, Healthcare, and Metals & Mining sectors. Mr. Hauser received his B.S. in Finance from St. John’s University.

Mr. McCurdy is a Senior Managing Director and Head of Origination in the Corporate Credit Group. Mr. McCurdy has been with Guggenheim Partners since 2004. He leads Guggenheim’s effort in sourcing and structuring directly negotiated transactions for both middle market private debt investments and larger underwritten co-arranger transactions. He is a member of the Investment Committee and a portfolio manager. Mr. McCurdy was previously Co-Head of Research. Mr. McCurdy continues to be active in Guggenheim’s European Lending business based in Dublin, Ireland, an office he helped establish from 2007 to 2009. Mr. McCurdy received a B.A. in History from Williams College.

Mr. McKeever is a portfolio manager and research team leader in the Corporate Credit Group focusing on opportunistic investments across the capital structure in all industries. He has been with Guggenheim Partners since 2007. Mr. McKeever is a member of the Investment Committee overseeing Guggenheim’s corporate credit investing activities. During his career, Mr. McKeever has covered a range of industries including Metals & Mining, Building Products & Homebuilding, Industrials, Education and Oil & Gas. Originally from Shrewsbury, England, Mr. McKeever was schooled at Shrewsbury School before attending college in the U.S. He was a Morehead Scholar at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and holds a B.A. in Economics and Classics.

Mr. Roulo is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Operations of Guggenheim Investments, where he has joint responsibility for all middle and back office operations. He joined the firm in 2013. Mr. Roulo also oversees data vendor management and advises on technology and application development. Mr. Roulo is a chair of Guggenheim’s Pricing Committee and its Data Governance Committee, which oversee the Firm’s pricing process and changes to data policy and methodologies, respectively. Previously, Mr. Roulo managed the CDO Analytics and Reporting Group for U.S. Bank Trust Services. Mr. Roulo holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an M.B.A. from Chicago Booth School of Business.

Mr. Parisi is Head of Distribution, responsible for raising and retaining assets with Guggenheim Investments’ Institutional and Intermediary clients globally. He joined the firm in 2010. Mr. Parisi leads the organization’s strategy, marketing, analytics, product and sales groups. Mr. Parisi has more than 20 years of experience in asset management and has been with Guggenheim Investments for the past twelve, beginning as Head of National Sales and then Head of Intermediary Distribution before his current role across all of distribution. He has previously held senior roles at MainStay-NY Life Investments, BlackRock and Federated Investments.

He received a B.S. in Business Administration from Robert Morris College. He is a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) and is FINRA Series 3, 6, 7, 24, 63, and 65 registered.

Mr. Saperstein is a Senior Managing Director, the Head of Guggenheim Investments Compliance, the Chief Compliance Officer of Guggenheim Partners Investment Management, and Senior Regulatory Counsel. Mr. Saperstein joined Guggenheim in 2012 and has over 30 years’ experience as a legal and compliance professional. As Global Head of Compliance, Mr. Saperstein had oversight over the compliance programs for all Registered Investment Advisors, Registered Investment Companies, Broker-Dealers, Commodity Trading Advisors and Business Development Companies firm-wide. He now manages Global Compliance for Guggenheim Investments.

Prior to joining Guggenheim, Mr. Saperstein was the Chief Compliance Officer and Associate General Counsel at Caxton Associates, LLC. Before joining Caxton, Mr. Saperstein was an Associate General Counsel and Vice President at Goldman Sachs & Co., specializing in broker-dealer and asset management legal and compliance. Prior to Goldman Sachs, he was a Managing Director in the legal and compliance department at Bear Stearns & Co. Before Bear Stearns, Mr. Saperstein served as a Branch Chief in the Enforcement Division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. He began his career as a litigation Associate at the law firm of Rosenman & Colin. He is a member of the Board of Directors and was Co-Chair of the Regulatory Advisory Committee of the National Society of Compliance Professionals (NSCP). Mr. Saperstein passed his FINRA Series 7, 8, 14, and 24 exams and graduated from Tufts University with honors and from George Washington University Law School with honors.
